PROJECT 3 FINAL PRESENTATION
My intention is to create a retreat that built like ant colony with a continuous flow between the interconnecting space to encourage communication between human.
Design start with two square and using subtractive and addition to get the basic form,rotating it to create irregular kind of space which resemble ant colony. By solving the problem i get the design of retreat.
First, is the ventilation,which have no walls on both side to have natural cross ventilation,using different kind of level to separate the space but yet still having relationship between the space.
The very important part of my retreat is the unique space that allowing waterfall water flow in and become a element that connect with nature.
There are only one entrance which are only an opening which resemble ant colony.Opening of unique space act as a datum that will lead you to unique space.
Ladder replace staircase which safe space,and give a feeling like ant walking around in their chambers.
